Get your body road ready!

Join us for a special 10 session program designed to get you prepped for summer riding.  Over 5 weeks, Instructor Reg Harper will focus on core and aerobic exercises both on and off the bikes to your body, mind and legs conditioned and ready to hit the trails and pathways this summer.  

Participants are encouraged to bring their bikes and trainer if they have one.  We have 9 spin bikes available.
