Ski Fitness

This class is a favorite in the valley, and is a mix of engaging workouts to prepare you for the ski season.

This fun and challenging class is designed to help improve skiing and snowboarding by providing a method for increasing fitness levels, as well as prevent injuries.  This class is available to everyone in the community: students to seniors, skiers and boarders. Get yourself ready for the winter season.  Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Class instruction provided by Wright Training.

October 14 - December 4 | Mondays & Wednesdays

5:30 pm- 6:30 pm | $85 for entire program for just $8 drop in when space is available.
