Ski & Snow Sports Fitness
This class is a favorite in the valley, and is a mix of engaging workouts to prepare you for the ski and snowboard season, as well as all sorts of other outdoor winter activities.
This fun and challenging class is designed to help improve skiing and snowboarding by providing a method for increasing fitness levels, as well as prevent injuries. This class is available to everyone in the community: students to seniors, skiers and boarders, skate skiers and hockey players. Get yourself ready for the winter season. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace Class instruction is provided by Susan Owen & Jay Shervin, with additional instruction by Whitney Wright.
