This fun and challenging class is designed to help improve skiing and snowboarding by providing a method for increasing fitness levels, as well as prevent injuries. This class is available to everyone in the community: students to seniors, skiers and boarders. Get yourself ready for the winter season. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.
