This fun and challenging course is designed to help get you in shape for winter sports by providing a method to increase fitness levels, create endurance, and to help prevent injuries.  It is available to everyone in the community: students to seniors, skiers to snowboarders, hockey players, to skate skiers.  Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.  Class Instruction provided by Wright Fitness' Max Martin.

$85 for the session 

$8 Drop-In
