Good, Bad and Ugly Hike & Weed Pull
Teton County Weed and Pest District, Teton Conservation District and Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation Department are partnering together to offer a “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly” hike and weed pull to learn about native, non-native and noxious plant species. Help keep our habitats native by learning how to identify which species are native, non-native and completely unacceptable.
Participants should be over 18 years old and plan to hike approximately 2 miles over flat terrain. Bring water, raingear, work gloves, extra clothing, hat and sunscreen in your backpack and wear good hiking shoes. Registration takes place at the Recreation Center. Wrap sandwiches and drinks will be at the trailhead following the hike and weed pull.
