Natural Synergy Walks
Join local business owner, outdoor enthusiast and biologist, Cathy Shill, to connect with the natural world. By focusing on our earthly connection and senses, we can flow with nature and universal energy. By walking in the present moment, we can reach a state of rejuvenation, presence and peace. Come to experience a walk in a new way and reach a deeper level of adventure with discussions about nature, breath and body.
Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation Department is partnering with Cathy Shill from Hole Hiking Experience to offer the outings. Cathy has been sharing nature for over 20 years. Outings will meet at the Teton County/Jackson Recreation Center and will carpool to local trails. Walks are catered to the group and include moderate elevation gains. Bring water, snacks, raingear, hat and sunscreen. These walks are free, and participants must be 18 years or older. Participants must preregister at the Recreation Center or online by 10:00 am the day prior to each outing.
