Fitness & Coffee
Join TCJPR the first Wednesday of each month during the winter & spring and try out a water fitness class. If you bring a friend who has never been to a water fitness class before, you will both get into the class for free!! This class is geared towards beginner/intermediate level participants and offered from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Following class, stop by the meeting room for coffee and a chat!
