Join Scott Smith from One to One Wellness for a one night workshop focused on 'Stretching for Summer Activities.' Laern ways to add flexibility training to your health and fitness routine to optimize performance, recovery and prevent injury. This class is an excellent opportunity for hikers, runners and bikers.
Participants should dress for stretching and bring a mat with them to class.
